(1) If the license holder has to sell his license or transfer it to someone in any other way, he must submit an application to the relevant District Water Resources Committee.
(2) Based on the application received in accordance with sub-rule (1), the concerned District Water Resources Committee may approve the sale or transfer of the license in the name of the applicant in the name of another person or organization after necessary investigation.
